While Fleet Comply provides reminders and notifications, users must not rely solely on these reminders. Users should maintain independent processes to verify compliance deadlines and obligations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Fleet Comply accepts no liability for missed deadlines, regulatory action, financial losses or business interruption resulting from incorrect information, system outages or failure to act on reminders.

The platform is currently provided as an early-access service and features may change without notice.
